When a franchise is granted, a comprehensive package of support material and equipment will be provided by the franchisor. The complete "franchise package" consists of:

A five day training session at the Clay for Kids studio and office in Calgary. All aspects of the business as summarized in the training program will be covered.
A videotape of two 30 minute classes that were instructed by Maureen Dennis.
An approximate 2-day visit to your site by Maureen Dennis to assist with the initial set-up and operation of your business.
Templates in both a paper copy and electronic format of marketing and administrative information for your on-going use.
Ongoing support from the franchisor via telephone, fax and Email.
Opportunities for networking and an experience exchange with other franchisees.
Supply of background information and earnings projections for use in a business plan if required to obtain financing for the acquisition of the franchise.
